Just a quicky, I'm gonna have salad for lunch, pre-diagnosis my choice of dressing would have been salt and mayo, I don't think I can eat salad without anything on, please inspire me. thanks x :?
 
Well I make my own salad dressings because I want to know what I am eating, I also make my own mayo, you can have anything on your salad, in moderation, try to make it sugarfree, no transfats, use the healthy oils instead, and not too much salt.
 
If you like sharp zesty flavours ?
Try a little lemon juice drizzle onto lettuce,cucumber, celery, prawns etc...

To replace salt try a tiny sprinkle of paprika on eggs etc...
Make small changes to fit your needs/tastes to your eating routines.

Squeeze a lemon and add as much olive oil to the juice.

Add the yolk of an egg and whisk like mad, I know it's not salty but it tastes salty (sort of).
