I like the Lidl rolls as well. Does anyone know how many grammes of carbs they are each?

9.8g per 100g so you'll have to weigh it as they seem to come in 2 different sizes.

I usually take salad to work but sometimes gave s sandwich made from either Tesco's or Warburton's High Protein Bread - about 9.5 carbs per slice.
