Saturated fat in the news again

Mmmm, OK, but with caveats; some people won't eat some veggies and how much benefit is lost in cooking veggies? It's more fun to eat fruit, usually.

I agree it is more fun to eat fruit, I just love it!
Up to being diagnosed in 2014 I ate an Apple, Orange, banana, and maybe a slice of melon or strawberries every day and also had a glass of fresh juice every morning, I thought it was good for me!! Now I have an occasional Apple but usually stick to berries eating fruit has lost the fun factor

I'm no expert and it's very early days for me - I've only been doing for a couple of months. But I have to admit I miss fruit. I have berries and yogurt for breakfast, or as a pudding after dinner sometimes, but I really miss the days when I ate three or four satsumas, or an apple and an orange in the evening. And don't get me started on red seedless grapes...
I compensate by eating A LOT of veg and salads but it's not the same!

I've never been a huge fruit eater, but I do miss citrus and tropical fruits such as watermelon and pineapple, I always said I like my fruit cooked and my veg raw, love raw white cabbage, cauliflower, red peppers, swede, even used to eat raw potato (always used to nick a raw chip as a k7d)
