Sauce for salmon?

I put some balsamic vinegar on it or sometimes I use olive oil, chilli and just a pinch of paprika.

Baked in parchment with sprig of dill sliced lemon black pepper and chopped spring onion drizzle of olive oil

Grilled with a teaspoon of teriyaki sauce brushed on

Marinated in tandoori spices Pan fried skin down first to get really crisp

A blob of crime fraiche with chopped chives or dill

Creme fraiche or soured cream with finely grated lemon or lime zest and watercress chopped up and stirred in to it.

I have no recommendations but the other replies are making me REALLY hungry :)

Thank you :) That's loads to have a go at!

If anyone's old enough to remember boil in the bag frozen fish* that's the sauce consistency I am after.

*yes they are a guilty pleasure like pot noodle and other 70s delicacies ;)

Try a beetroot puree. Roasted beetroot, 1tsp sugar, 2tsp ACV and as much double cream until you get your desired consistency. Bung it all in a Nutri-bullet or blender.

Cream cheese warmed in a pan or microwave add chopped parsley or dill or chives makes a great quick sauce low carb and a nice amount of fat
