That is not correct.........Outside of the refrigerator, insulin should be kept as cool as possible and out of direct sunlight.
Make sure it is not stored in temperatures over 86 deg Fahrenheit / 30 deg C. In Saudi Arabia am sure that the temp can be much hotter unless you are in an Air-conditioned room.
You should always refer to the patient information leaflet for your specific insulin product for the exact storage guidelines for your particular insulin. The above is only a guideline.
