soaps on telly and people talking about the characters as if they were real.
I find some kinds of German sausages very useful. Unlike English ones, they are pretty much carb free.
We're having Bockwurst this evening and we have Frankfurtrers about once every couple of weeks[ I buy the imported ones in jars]. I like English sausages too and buy some 85% meat ones from time to time.
I saw Giogio Locatelli making a pork dish on TV yesterday. I'll not use pigs snout or ears, but I'll do a watered down copy with 85% pork sausages and some belly pork. It should taste Ok

I buy Black farmers or Black farmers daughter(chipolatas) they are very low carb ans actually taste of meat :D

I dont like any German sausages I just hate the taste...

I also hate the cheap UK ones were the fat tends to stick to the roof of your mouth = foul IMHO.

Give me a good premium UK sausage though and they are generally very tasty and luckily they tend to have the lowest carbs for UK sausages too, the Black Farmer ones I like as I like Sainsury's best sausages too, cant remember their name though but the sausages and their pork chipolatas are very good :thumbup:
 
M&S do a good range of high meat content sausages, the majority of them being gluten free which is a great for me as I can't eat wheat.

No problem Anna, they are clearly marked on the front if they are gluten free. Strangely their cooked chilled sausages are not gluten free.

Probably only worth looking at if you eat quite a lot of sausages, as the easiest way to get them is to join their club, but it's well worth it, they deliver about 4 times a year whenever is convenient for you, and you just make room in the freezer.
