Is there a way to save or bookmark or favourite posts?
I remembered this morning that the lovely @lovinglife told me what to add to pork mince to magically turn it into sausage meat. I needed it today but it took me ages to find the thread and the post. I know there is search but I always get distracted by all the other interesting stuff that comes up and wondered if there was an easier way.

I never even noticed this tag!
I just tried it, but where does it go? It's not in the bookmarks on my PC, is it bookmarked somewhere on the forum?

When I want to save a thread I simply use the little bookmark star in my google search bar.
If I want to save a specific post, I right click the post number and copy the link, and send it in an email to myself. You can of course save it somewhere on your computer as well but I can never find stuff in my computer again so I prefer using email, and then moving that mail to a folder called 'diabetes'. Or in this case it would go into a folder called recipes I guess. :)

Alternatively, if you go to your own profile, on the left, there is a "Bookmarks" heading, and there your saved post will be.

If you then want to do anything with it, just click on the cog circled and do as you wish.
