Sounds good but unfortunately I can't stand up long enough to do anything like that!take two large lettuce leaves and place them one over the other - stems at 3 and 9 o'clock works best. Place ham, chicken, beef, or fish in a layer on top - dividing into strips and orienting 12 to 6 is good. add whatever you like, mayonnaise, coleslaw, pickle - chopped beetroot is good as long as you are careful. Roll the whole thing - swiss roll style, starting with the stem of the outside leaf. Eat.
Why not just skip breakfast and extend your overnight fast.. otherwise I'd have some cheese and ham rather than a "meal replacement biscuit".
I can only cook when my back isn't too bad which usually means about once a month unfortunately... that is when talking about cooking biscuits or the like but I do try to cook a proper meal most days.. such as fish and veg which I put in a steamer.@foxy , do you cook at other times of the day, or are you unable to cook all day, every day?

I do use a stool but not in the morning as that still means a lot of moving about .. as I have stated I really want things like a biscuit that is a complete meal but savoury.Would you be able to whisk a few eggs together, with some grated cheese, plus and small veg or bacon?
That can be decanted into a non-stick muffin tin and bake until set. My muffing tray has 12 cups, so would cook 12 breakfasts. They can be frozen, and eaten cold or reheated by a very quick ping in the microwave.
That's no-carb, nutritious and filling.

Or some pre cooked bacon maybe?Good idea but I have to take tablets first thing in the morning and I have to eat something before I can take them .. that's why I need something quick and easy. I resort to a couple of digestive biscuits but at 9 carbs per biscuit that's a big chunk of my daily allowance!
