Savoury low carb meal replacement

I want a meal replacement type biscuit that I can have for my breakfast but it has to be low carb and a savoury one or just plain. So many of these biscuits are sickly sweet and whilst ordinarily I am partial to them I don't like them first thing in the morning!
Reason being is that I have a very bad back and first thing in the morning is when it's at the worst so getting some breakfast has to be done as "quickly" as possible and moving kept to a minimal.

take two large lettuce leaves and place them one over the other - stems at 3 and 9 o'clock works best. Place ham, chicken, beef, or fish in a layer on top - dividing into strips and orienting 12 to 6 is good. add whatever you like, mayonnaise, coleslaw, pickle - chopped beetroot is good as long as you are careful. Roll the whole thing - swiss roll style, starting with the stem of the outside leaf. Eat.

Sounds good but unfortunately I can't stand up long enough to do anything like that!

A spoonful of peanut butter on low carb toast, or on celery, or straight from the spoon.

@foxy , do you cook at other times of the day, or are you unable to cook all day, every day?

Why not just skip breakfast and extend your overnight fast.. otherwise I'd have some cheese and ham rather than a "meal replacement biscuit".

Good idea but I have to take tablets first thing in the morning and I have to eat something before I can take them .. that's why I need something quick and easy. I resort to a couple of digestive biscuits but at 9 carbs per biscuit that's a big chunk of my daily allowance!

I can only cook when my back isn't too bad which usually means about once a month unfortunately... that is when talking about cooking biscuits or the like but I do try to cook a proper meal most days.. such as fish and veg which I put in a steamer.

Would you be able to whisk a few eggs together, with some grated cheese, plus and small veg or bacon?

That can be decanted into a non-stick muffin tin and bake until set. My muffing tray has 12 cups, so would cook 12 breakfasts. They can be frozen, and eaten cold or reheated by a very quick ping in the microwave.

That's no-carb, nutritious and filling.

Do you use anything like a perching stool to do things in the kitchen?

I do use a stool but not in the morning as that still means a lot of moving about .. as I have stated I really want things like a biscuit that is a complete meal but savoury.
PLEASE no more cooking type items :stop: .. I think I've stated my case well .. just a complete meal SAVOURY biscuit low carb. :D

So the ham and cheese looks like a winner? Or some pre cooked bacon maybe?

Do you like Tuc Crackers, they are 5.4 grams for 2 crackers, could maybe put slice of ham/bacon/cheese on top to bulk it out a bit.

Fathead pizza base is very low carb, can be made when you feel up to it, is much like a dense savory bread, and keeps well in the fridge.

Unfortunately what you want is not necessarily easy to find or readily available, and so most of us have to make our own low carb baked goods, which is why those recommendations already given.

But you could try using Google to do some searches, there are online stores that specialise in (sometimes dubious!) low carb foodstuffs but you could perhaps try Avidlite. You'll find too that some of the major supermarkets online (e.g. Tesco) provide detailed nutritional information on their products, so you may be able to pick and choose what you're looking for from the biscuits and crackers they have on offer.
