I posted a question under the Type 1 area a little while ago asking what people had for breakfast - this looks really tasty, id like to know how it will affect your BG.
May I ask what your pre meal reading was, is the 6.4 after 2 hours and will you be taking further readings? My bg was quite low! 6.4!
I have to point out too that I had my breakfast an hour earlier today than usual.
This will be my new breakfast time as I only had 1/4 cup of homo milk before bedtime last night.
My before meal rate this morning was 5.9.
Hello @angustia - how do you control your diabetes ?
May I ask what your pre meal reading was, is the 6.4 after 2 hours and will you be taking further readings?

The Romans, {"what have they ever done for us?"}used to add fish sauce to there porridge.(Note: next time, I'll also fry onions, and add soya sauce with lemon juice.)
Sounds like you are doing good .We can never go on what others can or can't eat because we are all different people we have to find what suits us personally just as you are doing so well doneBtw, I'm still following a low-carb diet. Once I've reached the desired weight, I'd have to know up to what limit I can have without gaining weight - and still substituting better alternatives.
But, definitely - no more sugary stuff for me.
