Scalp depressions

I was diagnosed with T2 11 months ago.
Since then I have managed to lose 3 stone and 2 dress sizes.

About a month ago I felt a depression in my scalp, to the left of and slightly forward of my crown. Since then it has changed shape from a dent to a furrow, and is moving forward and can be felt on my forehead now.
I haven't had any accidents or bangs on the head, and the depression is not sore or tender. Has any one any idea what may have caused this, and is it anything to worry about
 
If you are worried I would mention it to your doctor

However, we do have fat on our scalp too, so it is possible you are losing underlying fat from your head? Think of someone overweight and bald that you know, they have furrows of fat on their head, dont they
