Hopefully the sweaty, ill feeling will go away as you gain more control over your diabetes. If not, discuss with your GP.Unfortunately bane of my life as have disability too so exercise difficult. Probably do eat more carb like bread than I should. I will change this and take your advice, THANKYOU. How do I get rid of the sweaty ill feeling now, any ideas?
THANKYOU, this is the info I needed so much. It seems I need to get things under control , xDupryrens is indicated in Diabetes (it can also be hereditary). From what I have read, high sugar levels disturb the cords in your hands and that's when the nodules grow. Since being diagnosed and controlling my blood sugar mine haven't got any worse.
Thanks so much, supposed to be going on holiday in the morning, so will reduce carbs and keep monitoring and post up one menu next week. THANKYOU so much, I didn't get advice apart from DONT eat sweet stuff! I don't anyway cos I don't like it!There is a lot you can do through diet.
But probably worth seeing your GP as the changes have happened quickly
If you want to put up a sample of your days menu, we can give some advice on things you could try. NHS diet advice can be patchy

Ok, please give us a bulletin when you get back.
Don't forget carbs are bread, cereals, pasta, rice, fruit juices. Bananas and grapes are high sugar. Go for things like salad and omelettes
