School trips staying away from home

Im going to be going on a school trip in may I'm on a pump could anyone give me some advice I would be very grateful if anyone does I am 11 year old

Would it be possible to contact the place you will be staying to see if it would be possible to keep your insulin vials in their fridge? And spare cannulas, tubes etc on their safe or somewhere suitable. If not get a frio cool bag for them. Pack spare everything extra to what u think you will need. Make sure you have easy to carry hypo treatment like.dextrose tabs. Make sure all the people escorting you on the trip are aware your diabetic.
