Science on Why Eating Fat Won't Make You Fat

We All know I had a chuckle when I saw the big bowl of guacamole!

Good article and seems to be what I do with my fats. Most are Mediterranean rather than saturated. But I do like a little ghee in my broth in the morning since quitting coffee. I also love me lamb chops but cut visible fat off. Mostly eating fish, poultry and eggs with the occasional rare lamb and beef.
 
It does still sort of demonise animal (saturated) fats, saying they are somewhere in the middle of the good ones and the trans fats, which puts meat and dairy in that category.
