rude d/n nurses and being treated like im wierd because im diabetic
just made some lovley eggs using sausage meat with spoon mustard herbs . coated hard boiled egg and baked , they were lovley hot and cold for work tommorow for a snack , not a great invention but think ive finlly goton the hang of trying to stay low carb

Are you sure this is low carb?
 
Sounds good to me, so long as its high quality high meat content sausage meat its fine, I put spring onion in my sausage meat. I love scotch eggs.
 
ish ... like lenny said good sausage meat works for me . and in moderation was good
