Screened for a type 2 diabetes reverse study

I was today interviewed for a new study in reverse of type 2 diabetes by a group under Steno Diabetes Center Copenhagen. I didn't qualify as I had lost to much weight over the past 6 months. However I got a hba1c reading of 28. Last month it was 29 and bloodpressure had dropped from 140/83 to 134/80. I had also lost additional weight, so now I've managed to loose over 75 kg.
 
Wow! What a success story, very inspirational, well done mtc!
 
Well done.......that's me and a quarter weight wise you've lost.......

Makes you wonder what they are looking for: - A real 'reversal of diabetes'. Or some easy fix ?
