SDCodefree: how to change the time

This is a really wimpy question - but can anyone tell me how I change the time on my Codefree meter now that UK have moved to BST?

When I first had the meter, the set up followed through automatically for each item, and there seemed to be no choice about what to do and when. I can't figure out how to access the menu again, but I'm also worried that if I try to change the time, I might mess up the readings that are already stored in there so far (about 3 weeks worth).

Or do people just not bother to change, coz will have to change again come October .....

Thanks @ally1, there's plenty other things to think about anyway, so guess I'll just do the same and leave it alone.

I hadn't even thought about it.

If you press and hold on/off button it enters set up mode then just step through without altering anything till you get to clock set up choose 24 hour or 12 hour press on.off to set then in bottom right hand side of screen the hour units will flash select correct time with </> buttons press on off to set then minutes in the same way setting with the on off button then continue by pressing on off buton till it steps back to normal mode and switch off done.

@Salvia Yes I'm always loosing instruction books too, you can if you need to, download the manual from Codefree's web page as a PDF.
