Seaweed Kelp tablets

I have been doing some reading about how seaweed can help with blood glucose levels.

I have decided to get some tablets, and give it a try?

Has anyone given them a go and had any results?
 
Not the answer you are looking for .... But here goes ...the wife who is not diabetic occasionally takes kelp supplements when she feeling low on enegery .. It is rich in iodine so she says it kick starts her enegery levels ... Seems to work for her. Hope it works for you .. I have taken them with the wife but did not notice any difference in my sugar readings
 
Thanks for the reply, to be honest my sugar levels aren't too bad. My last 3 HB1AC readings have been 49

I just would like to try get them lower, willing to give most things a go
 
They could work by giving you more energy to burn off the sugar :)
