Proper frustrating. Second hypo of the day and it's not even lunch time. It's timed like this that I would normally think, what's the point and head the nearest chippy for loads of carbs. But not today. I'm taking control. A nice cheese sandwich
Hope it helps keep me level for the rest of the day.
My blood is only 5.2. Insulin or no insulin.

Not asking. Contemplating. I'm always worried that if BG is already low. 5 or below taking insulin with my meal will mean it falling again. And my job ( cleaning) is pretty active so I have to take that into account for the rest of the afternoon.
Yes I always have luco, jelly babies and the glucose tabs. Biscuit, fruit. I'm like a walking picnic. Haha.
I took half the bolus for the sandwich. Don't want to end up too high either.

As the weather warms up many of us type 1's find our insulin needs decrease, it might be worth you doing some basal tests first and once you've got that right look at your insulin-to-carb ratio's, also remember if your more active than normal your insulin sensitivity will increase.
