Hi guys is it normal that these days I'm seeing floats and sparkles frequently especially the floats

You need to ring 111 or go to A&E. Whilst a lot of people get floaters that disappear over time, you 'may' need urgent treatment, especially having the sparkles as well.

I went to see an opthalmologist he said i have this disease called lattice degeneration but he thinks it's not due to diabetes tho I'm still scared I don't know what to all these diseases at this age I don't know if I can take it anymore.

I know it's scary to get random conditions (as you get older it gets easier because you get used to it and no longer fear the worst every time something happens).

Speaking as someone with a fair number of non diabetic random conditions I want to reassure you that no you don't have to assume that the worst will happen as regards diabetic and nondiabetic complications.

As a long term (52 years) T1 still in good health and with a T1 mother who died at 78 (basically of heart/lung issues caused by 50 years of smoking) I want to reassure you that diabetes can cause health issues but it doesn't have to.

And I genuinely believe that diabetic treatment for today's young diabetics means that their future options are much better than for my mother or even me.

Virtual hugs.

Thank you so much well it's just hard I was a very healthy person I never even went to the hospital once before except for dentist appointment, and in 9 month all my life changed a lot.

As you have lattice degeneration I think any new symptoms should be reported to your eye consultant.
