self employment

is anyone out there self employed and did you get insurance to cover illness death etc..
I have been told its very expensive if you are a diabetic

Best insurance is through an employer.. Sorry. Most companies do some sortbof sick pay or deathin service benefit.

Otherthan that, nope.. I been self emplyed years and reliant upon hubby to have earnings to cover us..it's **** tough...
