This is a confession. Today I participated in an hour’s aerobic dance class, then popped into the supermarket on the way home to buy weekly “trash” magazine (another bad habit, why I am supporting Katie Price I don’t know - but that’s another issue). I bought and ate a jam and cream scone from the reduced counter because I was hungry. Worse, I didn’t eat anything ‘sensible ‘ to go with it. Result: bloods rose from 7.2 to 16.3 one hour after eating, and still at 10.3 five hours later. I am furious with myself- and for giving Dearly Beloved the second scone in the packet, as it won’t do him any favours either.

Bacon, egg followed by yoghurt and berries for tea.

Just had to get that off my chest!

Well done, you have already stopped the rot and got back on track.:)

I agree with Zand at least you’re back on track now.

I have self sabataged a far few times
Well done for admitting it and we'll done for getting back on track

For your penance, eat two plate fulls of 1955 style school dinner cabbage, and never let it happen again by sticking to the path of righteousness. :D

Sounds like a decent day...you've had a wobble...possibly two if you included the aerobics.
I wish you well.
