I started on semaglutide 8 months ago. Initially I lost a lot of weight and had my metformin reduced by half. My blood sugars were great. However I have stopped losing weight and, even worse, my blood sugars are all over the place. I've had them be really low to the point that I've felt light-headed and dizzy and then have them go quite high (10.1 plus). Nothing else has changed. I am eating the same things at (roughly) the same time. My other medications have remained the same. Anyone any ideas?

One thought that occurred to me is if you are on semaglutide tablets, are you taking them correctly still? They are annoying to take (I take them) as you need to take them on an empty stomach with a small amount of water and then not eat, drink or take any other medication for at least 30mins. Taking them in correctly might affect their absorption.
