I should ring the Abbott helpline immediately, and ask for advice from their Customer Services.
They will suggest a few things to try,and may send you out a new sensor/reader depending on the outcome.
Don't bother with an email - you will get a much better response by phone.

just ring abbott and they will send you an replacement out although it may take a couple of weeks due to high demand in orders i waited about a fortnight .sometimes it does correct itself but after 24 hrs id say its give up the ghost
