They sent me one with my Overpatches yesterday and I still have one left from my last prescription. So no big deal!Just give Dexcom a ring tomorrow @Neckarski_94 and they'll replace it.
But not claiming a replacement from Dexcom means the NHS pays. They sent me one with my Overpatches yesterday and I still have one left from my last prescription. So no big deal!
Why’s that? I don’t understand your comment. But not claiming a replacement from Dexcom means the NHS pays.
If you get your sensors on prescription, those costs are paid for by the NHS.Why’s that? I don’t understand your comment.
Ah ok now I understand. I’ve contacted Dexcom and they are sending me a replacement sensor as well as some overpatches. If you get your sensors on prescription, those costs are paid for by the NHS.
If you notify the manufacturer of any faulty ones, they will replace them to you for free
i will still need my 3 sensors that i get on prescription. You can never have enough sensors!and you therefore do not need so many from the NHS
