Setting up Libre 2 sensor help

Free trial of the Libre 2.

Insertion of the sensor was no problem, however it will not read on my phone at all.

Blutooth, location and NFC are all on.
I've tried turning them on and off, as well as resetting the whole phone.

All i get is 'the smartphone is unable to scan the sensor. Scan it again.

This appears straight after i hear the first sound, so I'm not moving it too quickly.

Does anyone have any suggestions, i'd really like to be able to try this.

I found that holding my phone close until I got the first tone and then moving it further away (3 inches?) but still above the sensor, got the second (musical) tone most reliably.

Depends where the NFC airial is? Some phones it's by the camera lense..
Some like my Samsung it's actually part of the battery..

I got that if I was wearing a thick jumper or coat

I fixed it by using a different phone.


I'm going to send them an email because it doesn't work at all with one phone, but works perfectly with my old phone.

It's been very interesting to see all the data!
