Hi Everyone,
Not been on for a good 9 months things gone sort of bad but not too bad, I have turned 35 now...
I am still diet controlled and on low carb diet and must admit very proud of myself, Since april of last year I have lost a total of 9 stones so far, I found out friday that in the last 2 months I had lost 1 and half stones.
My question is this, My bones ache something awful, I am burning temperatures like no ones business, I am constantly hot, Doctor run tests and everything seems okay she is baffled
I get so hot that I have to sit out on door step of my long suffering fiance takes me down the beach for a walk or just to get a bit of fresh cool air,
As you can see we have two dogs 1 Bichon frise Pickle and a standard poodle Winnie who is not in picture,
Having them have helped me walk some weight off!
I am having terrible bouts any men look away as this not pleasant....Of severe Thrush down there and it hurts to wee, Been on canisten cream for it, It gets worse when I am period...sorry men,
Any thoughts of how I can briong my temperature down or stop aching bones

Hi sandy and welcome back.

Weight loss is astounding, well done.

Have you been checked for hyperthyroidism? Heat intolerance and sweating are one of the signs. The routine blood test is not 100% accurate and I would ask to see an Endocrinoligist. He/she can do further tests to rule this out.

As for the thrush, I am sure you know that high blood sugars are a major cause. Do your sugars have some high readings?
You do not say what meds you are on. Sometimes skeletal and muscle ache are caused by the meds we are on.

Hope this helps.

Catherine.

Hi Catherine,
My blood sugars don't rise above 6.8 I watch everything I eat,
The only pills I am on are

I take no diabetic meds at all...My colestral is a little raised nothing to worry about..Blood pressure is normal,
