Bit of an awkward question, but does anyone else find that sex causes high blood sugars in them. I'm on the pump which i leave attatched and travels with me so I don't know why I'm spiking

Sex is like other physical activities—in some people it reduces sugar because of the physical activity, in others it increases it because of adrenaline. In some people, it can do either. It sounds like you have noticed a pattern; patterns are good! If your blood sugars rise almost every time, just bolus beforehand.
