Type 2 sexual problem

hi there I have type 2 I take Glucophage sr 500mg one a day in the mornings.
I have E.D which I take sildenafil 100mg . now I seem to have Retrograde ejaculation , which I find most Annoying .
would also like more advice on E.D has any one else had this problem ? and if so what did you do ??
