That doesn't sound very nice at all. It must feel horrible.
Have you tried testing your blood sugar levels when you are feeling like this? That is what I would start with. If your levels are okay then the next thing I would consider was other things like- have you had enough water? or have you had a really stressful time? have you actually eaten enough?
If all of these things don't help maybe the answer is to go to your doctor and get some tests- it may be something not related to diabetes such as a mineral deficiency or high (or low) blood pressure.
