I still struggle with an evening meal, I get fed up with meat and veg - I miss curry and rice but I am hoping in time that I can allow myself the odd treat and have a very small amount of rice - once the weight has dropped a bit further and the blood glucose levels become more stable - something to look forward to.</p></blockquote><p></p>
