Sharps disposal Bangkok?

Hi, could anyone help? I am in Bangkok and need to dispose of my sharps bin and get a new one, does anyone know where I can do this? No one seems to know even the pharmacy! Thanks for any help

From my experience Thailand is not too bothered about Health & Safety issues. I have seen the bin men on the back of the lorry tearing open refuse sacks to take out recyclable stuff with their bare hands. I would wrap them up and put tape round package and put in with general refuse.
