I would then need to fill out my personal details, take the rest of the form to be filled by a nurse or a doctor (cue ironic laughter and need to drive to surgery, pass form to receptionist, come back later once a nurse/dr. found to fill in details (not the same day, obviously) aaaand - apparently a pharmacist could fill the form and countersign instead. As surgery and pharmacy are next to each other, decided to try pharmacist first as they are open all day and surgery isn't.First pharmacy staff member knew nothing about it. Found another. She knew nothing about the procedure either. Enter actual pharmacist who was cross about I don't know what, swept form away, returned with form incorrectly filled in but at least signed and stamped with pharmacy address, swept away again as if I was something he'd found on his shoe.The next process, as described by helpful council lady was for me to send this form back to her, then she would phone me to arrange collection of sharps container and supply new one.Let's hope I get a bit of notice and can be in that day. Could this procedure be made any more convoluted? What do the rest of you do?</blockquote>
