Yay, having been diagnosed T2 in Feb and opting initially for no meds just LCHF diet, I have had my first-ever post-prandial reading today of below 8.5...... 5.9 to be exact !!!!!!!!

Congrats! that 5.9 reading isn't merely 'below 8.5' - it is way below the danger zone!
