In answer to earlier questions from other poster -
I don't know how to put up alink form my ipad but if anyone wants to get them just google " the Japan centre online store " and you'll get there.
I eat nori and Kombu seaweeds fairly regularly either in stir fries / soups or if its toasted nori, sprinkled onto salads. I also make up a Japanese seasoning Goshimiso (sp?) which is a mix of dry toasted sesame sees and seasalt which I find quite addictive!. I also sometimes use burdock root ( Gobo in Japanese) which I get when I go into London and visit the store.In terms of Japanese foods, I also use wasabi which is a relative of horseradish with quite a kick and yakitori sauce which is usually served on grilled chicken. although I don't use a lot of t,hat as it has some sugar in it
