@Brunneria believe me I really enjoyed the 9bar and will try one again especially as I've just ordered my self a variety box. It could definitely be a liver dump as I was 6.7 when I woke and 8.6 by the time I had breakfast an hour and a half later. It is something I will talk to the dr about when I go for my diabetic review in about 3 weeks time. In the meantime I think I will give them a skip for breakfast and try them at other times instead.
