Short research survey for HCPs

Hi everyone,

I'm really hoping you can help me with some research I'm carrying out into how healthcare professionals find and use information relating to patient health.

The survey consists of 10 short questions, and shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes to complete.

We do not have any HCP's on the Forum we are all just Diabetic's. There may be some members who work as a HCP who can assist you in your research survey. I am sure when they read this they will help out. I would have thought a site specifically for HCP's etc would be a better place to post this survey.

I should also add that you are only allowed this one thread in Diabetes Discussions and no others anywhere else on the Forum. I had to delete the other post you made.
