My girlfriend has type 1 and currently works part-time and she's in need of more hours at work, from which she had told they're there to be taken.
However, since her recent implications with her blood sugars, having a hypo, to which her work has come to find out.
She has been told that they can't give her more hours and that she is "under review" from having recent hypos which she's needed to be taken to hospital.
My question is that are her work/manager(s) allowed to prejudice her from something that clearly isn't her fault?
Thanks.
(She hasn't had any hypos at work, only during the night)
