Anonymous Question Should I be testing more often?

The most important reading you can take is two hours after a meal. This does not have to be every meal. The object of the exercise is to find out what foods you can eat without causing a sugar spike. Also you might want to test before a meal to see how much your sugar has risen.

Testing first thing in the morning is interesting but you might be seeing the effect of a liver rush and this information might not be useful.
