Should I be worried I didn’t feel anything to warn me my bg was this low? IMG_0692.jpg

I started to feel like I was low but I normally feel around it around 5.0 and I was obviously shocked at how low I actually was

@joshluck , what meter is that? Does it check glucose and ketones from the same sample on the same strip?

I would be concerned if my sugars had dropped from 18 to 2.4, did you have any insulin between 6.30 and 9pm?
Has this happened before?

Regards,

It looks like you went down so fast that I can imagine what you felt wasn't in sync with your bg. What happened to make you drop like that? If you know what caused the fast drop and it doesn't happen regularly, and if you usually feel your hypo's a bit earlier I would count this as a one off unless it happens again.

Your reaction times are a big clue and you don't need a meter.
Try standing on one leg with your eyes closed. (try while ok first)
