Just wondering as I took mine when i got back home and it is 19.2 .
Mine goes down, I hope your's didn't! (Did you check it with a second reading?)Just wondering as I took mine when i got back home and it is 19.2 .
Checked around 3 oclock it was 11 , then had tea at six , went for a walk then checked at about eight forty five and couldn't get the meter to read it so tried twice more and it said 19.2What were you before you went walking? Just testing after is a waste of time unless you know what you were when you started.
What are your levels like normally?
I didn't check again i am too scared too now .Mine goes down, I hope your's didn't! (Did you check it with a second reading?)
So no way to tell if it was the tea or the walk.Checked around 3 oclock it was 11 , then had tea at six , went for a walk then checked at about eight forty five and couldn't get the meter to read it so tried twice more and it said 19.2
I know i just done another reading and its now fifteen seven ,So no way to tell if it was the tea or the walk.
I'm a stress head , i am going to check when i wake tomorrow and go from there , check after breakfast , I walk to my mums at 8.30 only a ten minute walk but won't check that but will before and after lunch and tea .Sheesh ... the basics are check before and after exercise, NOT after a meal
How do you know what your bgls before and after eating are then?I don't check before and after meals ?
I ate haddock with swede oven chips with garden peas, and i ate blueberry crumble made with oats butter honey and had evaporated milk on it , that's going to be all wrong im guessingWhat did you eat?
I have just started checking but i thought someone here said only check before and after exercise it was a question to him as i got confused .How do you know what your bgls before and after eating are then?
From a quick look at your profile I notice you do not say what type of diabetic you are, either T1 or T2 either.
type 2, i was sure i filled all that in , I will take a look. I;ve been type 2 for two years in March next year , i have had a set back big time its worse this time round and i am panicking .How do you know what your bgls before and after eating are then?

That would nicely explain your high. I wouldn't worry about the walking for the moment. Why not try to eat a little less carbs?I ate haddock with swede oven chips with garden peas, and i ate blueberry crumble made with oats butter honey and had evaporated milk on it , that's going to be all wrong im guessing
