You should have had it looked and treated awhile ago, go and see your GP as soon as you can. Or failing that go to the emergency dept of your local hospital.

Why can you tell me what it is my little does curl under anyways from a heriderety condition but this has only happened on one foot ?

I am not a doctor or a podiatrist, but they are the people that can inform you why your toe is in that condition.
