I've been type one for years, but have just got myself a new nurse. Now things seem to be moving forward.
Anyway, lots of people keep mentioning their ketone levels in posts. Firstly, how do you test this? And when? Are you given a way of testing this on prescription or do you have to buy your own tester? Secondly, what is considered good, and what isn't?
