I have been monitoring my BG not every morning but it is between 5.3 and 6.2 when I do check.
After meals have ranged between 6.6 and 8.6 depending on what I eat. Had one at 10.5 but this was at Christmas (pudding)
Evenings checks are approximately 6.4
Just had a breakfast this morning of overnight oats with yoghurt and fruit and it was the lowest after testing..4.5
I am getting there slowly.
