Hi all, this is another Fiasp question! Apologies, I know fiasp has been discussed a lot!
I've been using it now for a few months and all was going well however I've started to notice that all my ratios need to be increased. I now pre bolus with fiasp (which had been the major selling point in not having to do that) and I sit steady for about an hour after eating then suddenly start to spike so I end up taking a preemptive correction before it goes above my upper target threshold of 7.8.
I'm seriously considering moving back to apidra/novorapid. Has anyone else found themselves moving away from Fiasp? If so, have you found the move back to previous insulin to be a positive one?
I'm not sure it's all it promised to be for me which is a shame as it had worked really well for me until now
