Re: Should we be Reviewing Individual Doctors and Nurses Onl
Never... You'd never get treated again... And also think of that nurse that committed suicide from public humiliation.
Personally, I think everything about everybody being available on line is horrible.
How we all feel about our work colleagues in say a ditribution centre or an avon lady being reviewed on line.
I don't actually think it would achieve much.. However I do agree with reviews of the actual establishments that were absolutely being done on a no-notification basis..
I know places like oap homes get told in advance before their inspections, but they just get one that is 'un-notified' in advance...we can all make improvements for 24 hrs!
I know I have been given nhs reviews to do of my old gp surgery.... They then sent a newsletter out to patients saying that it was the patients fault that they had been pulled to pieces, going to lose funding and therefore a nurse.. Due to the patients giving them a bad review!!!! So in the end the patients being honest.. We just lost out!!
I talk of my treatment and my HCP's on line, but it is totally honest of happenings, and circumstances, but I would not directly review them...
