Was really ill this morning. Thought I was going to fit - eek! Bloods were 6.8 and ketones 0.4 so that was good but feel awful and can't stop sleeping

Hope your feeling better @wally78! Strange that your BM was normal but you had higher ketones, have your BM's been higher lately?

Not been sick today - first time in eight days! I thought my keystones were fine?

0.4 means there's still at least a trace but they should be as close to 0.0 if not 0.0. And for 6.8 is certainly expect 0.0 or maybe 0.1.
0.4 is a little high for your sugars being so good :/! X

If you haven't been eating, ketones can appear due to the breakdown of fat.
