I find it shocking that the first time BSL is used in Parliament is 2018, but there it is - finally happened. And to announce a global conference on disability inclusion. Huzzah.
And what's really beautiful is that the idiot Speaker then does what all stupid people do when around someone using Sign Language: he speaks s-l-o-w-l-y and LOUDLY in the most ingratiating manner possible, even though Penny Mordaunt isn't even hard of hearing.
