This morning received in the post a black skin for my Accu chek pump. I have had my pump for about 5 weeks and love it. If there is one complaint it is that Roche send things to you (this was not ordered by me) with no instructions. It is a tight fitting rubbery type skin and has a strap attachment. How is this used......I have no idea. Does it go round waist, leg, arm? How is it attached????? A simple printout of instructions would be so useful. Something so trivial would get top marks for customer service and satisfaction.
So if anyone knows or has received one themselves please share
