Found out from my GP yesterday that skin tac wipes aren’t available on the NHS and they’re too expensive for me to fund myself.
Does anyone have anything similar that they get in the NHS?
My pump no longer sticks to my stomach since having my daughter so I’ve lost a large area of pump sites :(

I can't answer your question.
However, I DO get SkinTac on the NHS. It is sent with my pump supplies from Animas.
It maybe worth going back to your GP and pointing this out.
Although it feels like another postcode lottery.

Hi Claire
Both my sister and I use pumps and we both get Cavilon spray (28ml) on prescription which seems to work well. On the occasions when I can afford a Libre sensor I also use it for that and have never had one fall off.

hi @claire1991

I get Medi Derma-S Non Sting Medical Barrier Spray
product code 60796
PIP code 389-7121
NHS-SC code ELY562

it is on my GP repeat prescription

I use cosmetic body glue to keep my Dexcom sensors stuck to my skin. Doesn't cost much and a bottle lasts for ages and is easy to apply. My CCG won't fund Skintac so I use the glue instead.
